Babies Program: Nursery (8 weeks to 18 months)

Our Nursery program provides a safe, loving, and nurturing environment where babies feel secure, valued, and deeply cared for. We focus on building strong emotional connections and supporting early development through responsive, gentle care. Responsive care means educators notice and respond to each baby’s cues, needs and routines.

Through warm interactions and predictable routines, we nurture curiosity, resilience, and a sense of trust, laying the foundation for confident and compassionate little learners.

What this looks like each day:

Responsive care

Educators talk, sing, and respond to babies’ sounds and cues, supporting early language and connection.

Sensory exploration

Open-ended play (activities with no single "right way" to play), tummy time, music, and sensory experiences encourage curiosity and development.

Emotional security

Educators validate babies’ feelings, offering comfort and reassurance to support emotional regulation. Emotional regulation means helping babies feel safe, calm, and settled over time.

Positive modelling

Calm responses and gentle guidance help babies feel safe and understood. Positive modelling means educators show the behaviour and tone they want children to learn.

Growing independence

Age-appropriate opportunities, such as holding a bottle or helping with socks, build confidence.
