Founded by husband and wife Kemi and Ajibade Aibinu with their business partner Tam Nguyen, Thrive on the Rock Christian Early Learning (TORCEL) is built on a unique approach to education and care for the community. We provide families with high-quality programs that prioritise a Christ-centred, play-based learning approach (children learn through play in a values-led environment shaped by Christian faith), with biblical values thoughtfully included in children’s daily learning.

We warmly welcome families of all backgrounds. Our Christian faith is expressed through values-based care and age-appropriate practices, including stories, songs and celebrations. We do not pressure children or families.

We are profoundly passionate about children and their education. It is a force that has driven and inspired us from the beginning. We believe that Christ is the source of wisdom and holistic development (supporting the whole child: learning, wellbeing and character), and that children can truly thrive in an environment shaped by love, excellence, and strong relationships.

We provide early learning and care for children from around 8 weeks to school age, offering families convenient access to Christ-centred early learning. With an extensive background spanning decades in the early childhood sector and over a decade of specialised expertise in Early Childhood Service management, our team is well-equipped with the skills and knowledge to support quality outcomes for children and families.
